• Booking and Admission Policy 

• • A booking deposit of 20% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your reservation. Additionally, an admission deposit equivalent to 10 days’ charges must be paid upon arrival at the Centre.
  • A minimum stay of 10 days is mandatory for all health seekers. However, under special circumstances, a 7-day stay may be permitted with prior approval from the Centre management.
  • The charges mentioned include accommodation, meals, and routine treatments. Any specialized treatments or procedures beyond the standard offerings—such as additional sessions of Shirodhara, relaxation massages, full-body massages beyond the specified number, or laboratory tests—will incur additional charges.
  • Family members or attendants accompanying the health seeker will be charged separately, as per the applicable rates. These charges cover only food and accommodation; any consultations or treatments for accompanying individuals will be billed additionally.
    
    

• Booking Details
• Prior booking is mandatory, and all health seekers must receive a formal confirmation before arriving at the Centre. Reservations may be made online or by telephone.
• A provisional booking made via phone or online will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of the booking deposit and a duly filled application form.
• The admission deposit is payable on the day of arrival, and is a prerequisite for being admitted to the Centre.
  
  
• Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation policy, including the notice period required and the percentage of refund, will be provided at the time of booking. Kindly refer to the specific terms and conditions in your confirmation document or contact the Centre for details.
