  • Samatva Nature Cure Centre reserves the right to approve or deny admission, discharge guests, extend stays, or cancel bookings at its discretion.
  • Please ensure your reservation payment is completed within 24 hours of submitting the booking application form. Applications without a deposit will not be processed.
  • All treatments offered at Samatva are rooted in traditional nature cure practices. These include personalized diet plans, hydrotherapy, mud therapy, therapeutic massages, and various types of fomentation. Treatment protocols are prescribed by a qualified naturopath based on your individual health needs. Please note that the effectiveness of treatments varies depending on how your body responds to these natural detox therapies.
  • To maintain the healing environment, guests are encouraged to remain within the premises during their stay. If you must leave due to an emergency, permission must be obtained from an authorized staff member. Please understand that any health issues or incidents occurring outside the campus during your stay are solely your responsibility. Samatva Nature Cure Centre does not take liability for such events.
  • Bringing outside snacks or beverages into the premises is not permitted. This policy also applies to visitors—consumption of outside food or drinks within the campus is strictly prohibited.
  • All guests are expected to follow the centre’s rules and regulations during their stay.
  • The use of addictive substances such as tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco products (including gutka, supari, mawa), and drugs is strictly prohibited within the centre.
  • Service charges are subject to revision and any updated rates will apply during your stay, even if your booking was made prior to the change.
  • In case of natural events or unforeseen emergencies, the type of accommodation assigned may be changed without prior notice.
  • Please carry a printout or confirmation letter of your booking upon arrival.
  • All legal matters are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad.
